From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'QuietMoorland' originated from a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria was once a quaint, locally operated business, boasting recipes passed along through the ages.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation from her extensive travels across Italy, especially learning from skilled pizza makers in Naples, the home of pizza. When she came back to the UK, she had a resolve to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza by adhering to traditional techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
Started initially as a modest establishment with space for 12 customers, we've expanded into a cherished neighborhood gem; however, our devotion to excellence and genuineness remains constant. We maintain the use of the original wood-burning oven techniques, prepare our dough every day from scratch, and procure the best quality ingredients accessible.
Today, 'QuietMoorland' is still a family-led venture, with the second generation of the Rossi lineage driving our fervent crew. While we have adapted to incorporate some contemporary enhancements, at our core lies our original purpose: to serve delightful, genuine pizza that unites friends and families.
