Refund Policy of QuietMoorland

Thank you for shopping at QuietMoorland. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Refund Policy outlines your rights and the conditions for returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

In the case that you are dissatisfied with the quality of any of our products, we can offer an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value from our menu. The original item must be returned to us in the condition as specified above. Please note that this policy does not apply to perishable goods such as food, unless the quality is not up to the standards promised.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain situations may not warrant a full refund: (1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
